Standing before you in red faced shame

Beloved readers, the dear, sweet Magaly has given me a lovely award for my comments! I didn't know it was award worthy, though I won't argue with Magaly. If she says it then it must be so! Here it is:

Wherever this award originated from my compliments to you! I want to giggle everytime I look at it. Just some big ole mouths walking around yelling "blah blah blah blah" to the world! Priceless!

But now I must tell you all the shameful truth and pray you won't turn from me in utter disgust for I do love you all so! I have failed to decipher the magical incantations that will give my awards a place of honor on my page permanently. I know, I know!! I'm a computer dummy!

If anyone is left reading this would you, could you please tell me how to do this???

  1. Oh you lol
First save the picture to your computer. Somewhere you can remember.
Now just go to your dashboard and click the "Layout" button. When the page comes up click one of the many "Add a Gadget" buttons. Now a new window should pop up. Scroll down until you see "Picture" click that then just bring in the picture of the award and move it to where you want in your layout. Easy peasy!
    Hope I could help ;)

  2. Jon you are so my hero!!! I don't want to tell you how much time I've spent trying to figure that out. And the whole problem was I was making it way harder than it really is! I was actually looking at the code for the page thinking I had to write in a tag or something!!

I bestow upon you the official title Grand Champion Hero Who Rides to the Rescue of Damsels in Distress! Hip hip hurray! Thank you too much!!

  3. Aww wonderful, congrats on the award :) also a big hug to you coz i learnt something new also :)

  4. Miss Me, I'm so happy that that's something that you didn't know either! Hmm that sounds kinda weird but hopefully you get what I mean lol

  5. Aw shucks, tweren't nothin ;)

  6. I'm telling you, there is something about college boys--they just know everything *wink, wink, Jon*

Now, enjoy your award my dear. And believe me, I was a Marine Corps Combat Instructor for quite a while, I don't give anything for free: Luv, you earned it!

  7. Jon, it wasn't anything to you but it was huge to me :) A good thing for all of us to remember, even if you think it's something insignificant it can make a big difference to someone else!

Magaly, I've now had to ask a younger generation to explain how to work some bit of new technology much like my parents had to ask me to set the vcr. I am officially starting to turn into my mother! lol

  8. Oh hush lmao
I am glad I could help though ;)

  9. Oh, yay! You figured it out! Congrats on the award!
